Founded in 2025, the Kurinji Foundation exists to broaden and sustain meaningful engagement with diverse emerging artists and new audiences, transforming the arts, film and literary industries by fostering lasting relationships between these communities and Australia’s major creative institutions.  

We pursue this mission through three core pillars: Artist Development, Audience Development and Co-Producing & Industry Integration.

Together, these efforts drive our vision: a transformed Australian arts landscape that celebrates cultural diversity, supports emerging talent and elevates groundbreaking Australian work and South Asian – Australian stories on national and global stages.
